Breakfast egg muffins are the perfect food you can enjoy for breakfast. You can prepare them in the comfort of home. All you must do is to get the few ingredients needed for the recipe and prepare the muffins. You can even prepare them ahead of time to save time in the mornings.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • ½ cups bell pepper
  • ½ cup bacon
  • ½ cup ham
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup onion

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl and add eggs
  • Add pepper and salt
  • After whisking the eggs, add garlic powder and bell pepper
  • Add bacon into the bowl
  • Add ham to the bowl
  • Add mozzarella cheese into the bowl
  • Add onion
  • Mix and combine ingredients
  • Take some greased muffin cups and pour the mixture into them equally
  • Bake the muffin cups in an oven heated up to 180 degrees Celsius

Notes

Useful tips
After taking the hot muffins out from your oven, you will need to allow them to cool down for some time. This is where you can use a butter knife to loosen the outside of all the muffins. You can then serve the muffins hot.
Be mindful about sticking when adding the mixture into the muffin cups. This is where you should think about using an appropriate nonstick spray. You can use a reputed nonstick spray and create a thick layer between the muffin cups and the eggs. This will help you to take the muffins out of the cups without going through any struggles.
Allow the muffins to cool down completely before you store them in the refrigerator or freezer.
