- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup of onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 ¼ ground turkey
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- ½ cup catsup
- Worcestershire sauce
- ¾ tbsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Melt butter in your skillet
Cook the garlic and onion in the melted butter for up to 5 minutes
Place your mixture in a rather large bowl
Combine the egg, some ketchup, turkey, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper with the onion mixture
Press the meatloaf into a loaf pan
Spread the leftover catsup on top
Baking process (350 degree; 50 minutes)
Useful Tips:
