  • Duck Breast & Legs
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • ½ Tablespoon of Salt

  • Cut Duck Breast into Pieces
  • Pour Boiling Water Over the Duck
  • Bring 2.5 Liters of Water to Boil & Drop in the Ingredients
  • Boil & Remove the Foam
  • Leave it to Cook for Approximately 40 – 45 Minutes
