To make these delicious muffins, you simply chop up and cook your vegetables, then mix the ingredients in a bowl. Mix up the mash until it is an even consistency, then cook the muffins in your preferred muffin tray!

Ingredients
  

  • Onion (½ of it)
  • Yellow Bell Pepper (1)
  • Orange Bell Pepper (1)
  • Red Bell Pepper (1)
  • Pepper (1 Teaspoon)
  • Ground Cumin (1 Teaspoon)
  • Salt (1 Teaspoon)
  • Organic Chicken Stock (1 Cup)
  • Worcestershire Sauce (1 Tablespoon)
  • Celery (2 Sticks)
  • Minced Turkey (1 ½ Pound)
  • Dried Oatmeal (1 Cup)
  • Garlic Cloves (3)

Instructions
 

  • To make your turkey meatloaf muffins, start by washing the produce.
  • Take your celery and cut it into simple sticks
  • Grab your bell peppers of choice and cut them to a fine consistency, mirroring what you did with the celery
  • For the next step when making your delicious muffins, focus on finely chopping the onion, so it matches the other produce pieces
  • Mince the garlic into small pieces
  • Heat up your skillet to a comfortable medium heat and add a slight touch of cooking oil if needed
  • Fry the vegetables you chopped in the pan
  • After three minutes of cooking the vegetables, add the organic chicken stock to the vegetables
  • Gently stir the vegetables into the broth, then allow the broth to boil at a low heat
  • In a bowl, add each of the spices to the minced turkey
  • Mix up the eggs and then add them to the mix on top of everything else
  • Form small balls of the mix and place each one in a pocket on the muffin tin
  • Bake the muffins at 375 degrees for 25 minutes
  • Remove your turkey meatloaf muffins and enjoy them
