Ingredients
  

  • Carrot (1-3 as needed)
  • Onion (1-2 as needed)
  • A full rabbit
  • Black peppercorns (1 teaspoon)
  • Sea salt or regular salt (1tablespoon)
  • Bay leaves (2)
  • Water (3 liters)

Instructions
 

  • Cut the rabbit up into parts
  • Wash and prepare carrots, onions, and bay leaves
  • Wash the rabbit in cold water
  • Prepare for the boiling process
  • Take all the rabbit pieces and slowly add them in one at a time
  • Add your carrot and onions
  • Add 1 tablespoon of black peppercorns
  • Add one tablespoon of salt as a final seasoning
  • Allow the rabbit to boil for an hour
  • Remove the meat and all the vegetables and serve them

Notes

Useful Tips:
  • Use cold water to wash fruits, vegetables, and meats to discourage bacteria growth.
  • Cut the rabbit up into smaller pieces to cook it more quickly.
  • Add additional favored vegetables to the medley for a more detailed meal with additional flavor.
