- Onion (1-2 as needed)
- A full rabbit
- Black peppercorns (1 teaspoon)
- Sea salt or regular salt (1tablespoon)
- Bay leaves (2)
- Water (3 liters)
Cut the rabbit up into parts
Wash and prepare carrots, onions, and bay leaves
Wash the rabbit in cold water
Prepare for the boiling process
Take all the rabbit pieces and slowly add them in one at a time
Add your carrot and onions
Add 1 tablespoon of black peppercorns
Add one tablespoon of salt as a final seasoning
Allow the rabbit to boil for an hour
Remove the meat and all the vegetables and serve them
