  • 3 onions
  • French Baguette
  • Gruyere Cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup of Cognac
  • 2 cups of beef or chicken stock
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Tarragon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 3 teaspoons of butter
  • ½ cup of white wine

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop the garlic
  • Add chopped garlic, salt and pepper into a grinder
  • Slice the onion
  • Add butter and olive oil to the pan
  • Add onions into the pan
  • Add garlic paste
  • Add rosemary and tarragon
  • Consider preparing a baguette
  • Add your soup into a bowl
  • Bake it for a period of around 20 minutes
