How to Boil Russet Potatoes (Recipe)

Vera Stetsenko
Russet potatoes must be peeled, chopped and placed in a pot of water and set on the stove. Add salt, cover the pot and bring to boil. Once the water achieves a rolling boil, uncover the lid, take the pot off the stove and remove the potatoes from the hot water. To make your dish more attractive and flavorful, serve your potatoes with butter and garnish them with parsley!
