Ingredients
  

  • Sliced zucchini
  • A cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Cajun spice
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper flakes
  • Half a cup of parmesan cheese
  • Egg wash

Instructions
 

  • Combine the pepper flakes, garlic salt, basil, cajun spice, bread crumbs, and parmesan cheese
  • Start dipping the zucchini in the egg wash
  • Add the zucchini into the spice mix
  • Place the zucchini into a greased tray
  • Add 2 tsp of olive oil on top of your zucchini mixture
  • Bake it in your oven at roughly 450 degrees Fahrenheit (20 minutes)
  • Flip it halfway
  • Remove the baked zucchini with parmesan from the tray and place it on a plate

Should you eat the baked zucchini with parmesan right away or leave it for later?
It all depends on the situation. Ideally, you want to leave it so it can cool off for a bit. That's especially true if you're going to eat it with some yogurt. The taste will be so much better. You can also serve it warm with no yogurt. It's an innovative idea to try out both options and see what works for you.
