There are multiple ways to boil crawfish. However, in each recipe, the things you need are washed crawfish, an abundance of water, and the extra ingredients of your choice in quantities of your choice as well. Deciding between which recipe to pick depends on your taste, and the recipes allow flexibility for exploring flavours as well.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 litres water
  • 2 pc crawfish
  • 2 bay leaves
  • ½ tbsp black peppercorns
  • 1 tbsp dried dill
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Add 1.5 liters of water to an empty utensil
  • Add a piece of onion
  • Add half a tablespoon of black peppercorns
  • Add one tablespoon of dried dill
  • Add 2 pieces of Bay Leaves
  • Bring to a boil
  • Add 2 pieces of washed crawfish
  • Let the solution cook for 15-20 minutes
  • Put the crawfish on a plate and add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
