We said that quinoa is a common dish for the ancient native peoples of Peru and Bolivia, but it is very new in our tables. Boiling is always a healthy choice for cooking. In this case, it is also the simplest and most delicious. Just remember two basic rules. The first one is always double the amount of water. There is no other way to make them well cooked. The second tip is to remove them and stay near to the pot along the cooking process, so you can notice the right moment in which it is perfectly cooked: when it is transparent, soft, tender.
