Ingredients
  

  • Butter
  • Onion
  • Ginger & Garlic
  • Tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Turmeric
  • Red Chili Powder
  • Garam Masala
  • Boneless Chicken
  • Full fat Yogurt
  • Heavy cream
  • Cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Chop the tomatoes and onions
  • Take an instant pot pan and while it's hot, put 2 Tbsp butter into the pot
  • Add one cup chopped tomatoes
  • Put and mix all the spices
  • Put 1 Lb boneless chicken
  • Pour one full-fat yogurt cup
  • Mix well and garnish the butter chicken with the Cilantro

Notes

A few quick tips to make your recipe a hit:
  • By cooking chicken prior, it will save you time
  • Garam Masala is essential if you do not have cardamoms, cumin, or other aromatic spices.
  • Do not add water, as tomatoes and chicken will create enough pressure
  • Turn off the flame just before adding cream, so your sauce does not become thin.
  • Cut down on calories by using evaporated milk instead of heavy cream.
