  • Salt
  • A bowl for water
  • A pot for boiling water

Instructions
 

  • Get one bunch of cauliflower
  • Divide it into inflorescences
  • Get 2 liters of water
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • Put the cauliflower in
  • Boil 2 liters of water
  • Drain the water
  • Add 1 tablespoon of salt to the boiled water
  • Throw in the cauliflower
  • Boil again

Notes

Fun tip: If you have a kid who likes broccoli, but is hesitant to try cauliflower, just tell them it’s different colored broccoli. They probably won’t know the difference!
